what a charming place, truly. too bad about the stairs, I expected to be carried up. And, one might think a suite would include bedside reading lights? I almost thought of giving a good review, but no TV? Heaven forbid! No complimentary gifts either, I guess they think everyone is equal here. so quaint!

The staff was nice and accommodating.
There were issues with the Wi-Fi and the fridge was warm upon our arrival. Additionally, the noise from guests dragging their luggage early in the morning was quite disruptive. Navigating the stairs multiple times a day was exhausting and a major inconvenience.

Family Friendly Luxury
The staff, they were great,, really made us feel at home. Waking up to breakfast in our room every morning was a treat like no other, I mean, who doesn’t love that kind of special touch, right?
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable, considering the experience.
